9. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

10. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Code of Conduct - for the retailers of www.shrewsburyshopping.co.uk and All The Little Shops

ATLS will act only as an online marketing agent for independent retailers.
The website will be marketed on the Internet using "supermarket" principles to help independent retailers have an on-line, e-commerce presence.

Independent retailers have the opportunity to list their products for sale under various categories within the website.

By listing your products on our website you agree to our terms.

ATLS will act solely as a marketing agent, attracting potential visitors to the website.

ATLS accepts no responsibility for any of the products offered.

ATLS reserves the right to edit content and pictures and remove if necessary.

ATLS will maintain editorial control and all decisions will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Once a product is purchased using our on-line system the sales contract will be between the retailer and the purchaser.

All monies will be paid for using credit or debit card via our secure payment gateway called PROTX – owned and managed by the software giant SAGE.

Once the money is processed via PROTX the money will be held in the ATLS Barclays Client Account. This account will be managed and audited by the regions leading accountancy firm - Whittingham Riddell.

Whittingham Riddell will sanction the payment of net sales proceeds to the relevant retailers on a monthly / bi-monthly basis, subject to turnover through the website.

 

Payments will be made via the web direct to retailers’ accounts.

Retailers agree to respond to all customer queries regarding refunds / returns within 48hrs wherever possible. Our auto-respond will immediately advise customers / retailers of these queries.

Retailers agree to package their items as securely as possible to reduce damage / returns.

It is the retailers' responsibility to choose whether to insure their products delivered by post.

Retailers are to be responsible for all orders received and for the delivery and product being delivered. ATLS holds no responsibility and is merely a mechanism for retailers to sell their products.

Retailers agree to keep their product list up to date.

A trading limit of £250 per individual transaction has been implemented whilst the online trading website is piloted.

All participants agree not to advertise or promote indecent or illegal items on this website.
