Trident Cotton Yoga Rug Our 100% cotton, coarse weave rug is designed for Ashtanga or Power yoga where grip whilst sweating is required. The rug's grip increases as it gets wetter, the opposite to a yoga mat. The embroidered Shiva's Trident helps keep you aligned. The rug is often used with a standard mat to keep the rug in place; we recommend the Warrior Power mat or the Travel Mat. This rug is discounted as it was accidentally made in a colour combination that we had not specified.
