2 X Yoga Eco-block. Recycled Chipped Foam + Free Postage 2 x Recycled Chipped foam Yoga block s The traditional block made from densely compressed chipped foam. Environmentally sound, using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products. Ideal for sitting on whilst doing meditation in full lotus, half lotus or any desired cross-legged posture. Also used as a support for many other Yoga purposes( ask a Teacher for details) This Block is firm but not overly hard like some Yoga blocks you can buy, neither is it too spongy. As a long term Yoga fan myself I can vouch for it( as I use the same type of block in my own Yoga practice).. Its perfect.. Size: 305 x 203 x 51mm / 12" x 8" x 2" Colour: Mottled/multicoloured.
