Environmentally sound, using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products. Ideal for sitting on whilst doing meditation in full lotus, half lotus or any desired cross-legged posture. Also used as a support for many other Yoga purposes( ask a Teacher for details) This Block is firm but not overly hard like some Yoga blocks you can buy, neither is it too spongy. As a long term Yoga fan myself I can vouch for it( as I use the same type of block in my own Yoga practice).. Its perfect.. Size: 305 x 203 x 51mm / 12" x 8" x 2" Colour: Mottled/multicoloured.
