Chambers brassiere offers a superb and varied menu in the historical setting of one of Shrewsbury’s oldest Tudor buildings. Since opening in 1997, Chambers has consistently been one of the towns most popular restaurants serving over 20,000 meals a year and is a real favourite with many of our regular hotel guests and local residents. Sumptumous leather armchairs by the fireplace and seriously heavy solid oak dining chairs all add to the character. The brassiere has a legal theme throughout with many original artefacts and even gavels on the restaurant tables. Diners are welcomed by a life size judge at the restaurant entrance. The oak panelled brassiere and bar offers a traditional English style menu at sensible prices complemented by an excellent wine list and draught beers.
